hi we will be traveling from mumbai down to kerala in sept and where wondering of the feasability of hireing a car and driver for say a few hundred kilometres pay for the drivers meals and accom stay a few days and reapeat the process with a new driver we would predomently want to travel back roads ? what do you reckon ?possible.

When you hire a car, you pay for a return journey, even if you aren't going back in the car.

This is because drivers generally aren't able to guarantee a return fare.

So to answer your question, yes. You can hire a car and driver and go from A => B and then get another driver from B => C, etc. but this may not be as economical or enjoyable as having a single driver for most of the way.
