Can foreign tourists crossing the border to India from Hili ?

Hi, we plan to cross the board to India after we complete our visit in Bangladesh, the last stop we will go is Purharpur, and look at the map there is a board called Hili very near by, we are thinking if foreign tourists can cross the board from Hili? anyone tried this before? we plan to go Varanais after corssing the board. any special documents we need to present? we will go to Bangladesh from Kolkata. Do we need to deposit TK300 to the bank? Thanks a lot!
