Will the southwest monsoon almost be over by the middle of November? We want to visit Kandy and the south west beaches. Any opinions.

Mid Nov and Dec are good for travel. Good climate. Not heavy or monsoon rains. However there is a small rainy days as usual. but mostly December is sunny weather.
