I'm heading to Tangalle on Sunday for 2 nights. We're hoping to do a half day safari in Yala (leaving from tangalle at like 4 am), but then get dropped off in Ella. having our bags in the vehicle with us the whole time. Does anyone know if that's possible? And do you have a safari guide you would recommend?

On Tuesday -
We want to go from tangalle to yala safari for a morning safari and have our bags in the jeep.
Then after the safari we want to be dropped off in Ella instead of tangalle.
Basically we're trying to get transportation to our next guesthiuse after the safari instead of going back to the pick up spot.
I don't think it will be a problem, unless your vehicle is an open one. You are not allowed to go safari in your own vehicles, you will have to hire a safari vehicle there. So you can keep the bags in you vehicle as it is.
