I am planning to do the Snow Lake trek and then the Gondogoro La trek starting from the 2nd week of August.
I have already sent emails to a couple tour operators but I have yet to receive any reply...
What would be a reasonable cost for these (for one trekker) ?
Alternatively are they easy to organize once I arrive in Gilgit?

All the way on KKH you need fleece to keep you warm at nights and also during cloudy days. Don't worry to much while you re travelling on KKH!

I am planning on visiting the KKH this August and hope to join a couple 4-5 day treks... was thinking maybe Nanga Parbat base camp and Rush Peak. I am open to joining a tour with cook/porters but want to avoid reserving anything until I get there to keep costs down.
How much do these treks cost on average?
Also, how easy generally is it to find groups to join?
I'm planning on carrying my cash from ISB so want to get a feel as to how much is necessary.

My best friend from Pakistan and I are planning to meet up in Uganda. Therefore I'm helping him to research where he can get the Yellow Fever vaccine done in or near Sialkot. He said a friend told him that everyone had to travel to Islamabad to get it done and there was no other place nearby. We are hoping this is not true and in need of some "up-to-date" information. A quick word for Australians thinking of applying for a PK visa in Canberra.
I submitted my application in person on Monday 9 July and received my visa on Tuesday 10 July.
