I am from Colombia and wish to travel to Pakistan on a business visa. However, I am in Moscow at the moment and cant possibly go back to Colombia to get my visa. Can I get Pakistani business visa from Moscow?
If not what possible option do I have in this situation?
I will be really thankful for any help.

If you are a resident in Russia then you should be able to apply for a tourist visa. You would need proof that you are a resident.
As Emmeff states business visas are different. You should contact the Pakistan embassy in Moscow and find out their requirements for business visas. You will need an invertation from the company you are doing business with in Pakistan.
