Hello, i'm wondering if it's possible, as a someone with a tourist visa, buying a motobike (with all the papers in my name) and receiving a Carnet (to go to India or Iran)?

Pakistani vehicles are not allowed to enter India and Indian vehicles are not allowed to enter Pakistan.

@1, not strictly correct, you can enter Pak with an Indian vehicle, if you have the correct paperwork, however, I have never heard of anyone bringing a vehicle from Pak to India ! Firstly, as a tourist you cannot register the vehicle in your name, this would preclude you from obtaining a CDP ( are they even available from RAC Pak ?), or crossing into India. You could attempt to enter Iran, if you have a valid visa, as it is possible to buy a temp. import document valid for Iran at the border, which provides the same guarantees as a CDP, the issue of the bike not being in your name would still need to be resolved.
