I was wondering how much should I pay for a ticket from ISB to KHI?

Should I purchase a ticket online prior to arrival or wait until I arrive?

I'm getting a one way fare of 17,200 for 2 adults and a lap child in airblue. . . is that good?

Air Blue is a better airline than PIA, the service and standard, both are good.

PIA used to be on the EU airlines black list for a long time,it got removed in 2007. But in general it's not a good sign for their safety.

Yeah and there are complaints about its service, the behavior with the passengers on board is not good.
