#9: you are correct that Pokhara (and Annapurna region) are within Nepal's "Western Development Region". (Farther West are the "mid-west" and "far-west" development regions.)

However, for tourism/trekking purposes, "West Nepal" typically refers to areas west of the Annapurnas. See, for example, the Lonely Planet Trekking in the Nepal Himalaya guidebook.

I was just letting OP know where Chandrakot and Naudanda were located, as they seemed to be asking about places further West.

Take a 50 minute flight to the Nepalganj Airport and then a 2.5 to 3 hour jeep or minibus ride to Bardia.

There is a village near the national park you can stay at . Apart from flight you can take long overnight bus from Kathmandu.
