Hi Guys,

So sorry for the delay in getting back on the net... is is indeed the Nepal visa I was referring to, sorry for the confusion, I was unaware that it was getting posted on the South Asia thread.

Thanks for the advice guys, I think that it will be much easier and cheaper to organise at the Indian/Nepal border. Flying into Delhi from Dubai then overland to Kathmandu.

Have a great trip! It is a memorable if demanding trip. I believe the main border entrance is not affected by the recent trouble but you will want to check just before..

Are we talking about the same visa? I understood that there was 30 day/ $30 single entry and a 60 day/ $86 visa multi-entry option, and that the 30 day can't be extended in country. Does it matter if you arrive by plane or overland for the Visa on arrival in Nepal?
