Hi adriana,

It appears you have fallen victim not just to a scammer but to the attitude of Outfitter Nepal who in his reply not only denies any responsibility but basically blames you! While it's unlikely that you'll ever get your money back you should definitely email a formal complaint to TAAN and the Nepal Tourism Office so there is a record of these shenanigans.
