Hi Guys,

Ok 2 Weeks Nepal Fly into Lukla do a basic trek around the everest area(4-7 days))? see Kathmandu a few days then fly to Thialand, Phuket Area, Chiang Mai, Kos Moi Areas? Maybe some Vietnam?

Is 4 weeks good for such a trip? what would u reccomend for time? Since Iam using Air Miles with United Airlines and I hope they will put me on Thai Airways Buisness Class for 90,000 Miles.

Hi,
I did most of the places you want to visit and a year wasn't enough time. I've met people in Ireland who "did" it in three days, which is amazing seeing as though I was born there and haven't "did" it in 37 years...

Nepal is a great place to spend four weeks as is Vietnam, but it would be a shame to rush them as you'll miss out on so much.

I'm going back to Nepal in Dec for five weeks and I'm hoping to spend three of them weeks trekking slowly and taking in the sights, smells and people.

I spent 2 months in Thailand and didn't get to see everything I wanted to! Unless you just want the stamp on your passport, I'd save some of it for next time, or you'll miss out on so much just from rushing, which would be a shame as there are SOOOOOO many things to see!!!

Whatever you decide, I hope you enjoy it!

For someone who's seemed to have traveled a lot by the looks of his bio, he/she seems a bit clueless on this one. Gives country as USA but the post screams TROLL!!!!

Could be meaning Kho Samui ?

And, putting it bluntly, you haven't got a chance of doing this and enjoying your time. It's too much too soon.

If you are going to the South of Thailand, do the Kho Samui /Phuket region or go North to Chiang Mai and, drop Vietnam.

Cheers

Thanks for all y our Input and number 6 it could be your right Ill just drop Vietnam and focus on Nepal and Thailnd. I was only once in Thailand it was only Bangkok and thats only cause I was younger and naive now I am more familiare where to go and how long.

As for United Airlines they said if I use Thai Airways using United Air miles I CANNOT Change my return date and I must purchase a new ticket so I may have to look for seats on United PROPER:( where I could change my return dates more easily thats the way I like it just incase I extend my stay in Thailand.

Again thanks for your input.
