Hey there,
I was looking to trek Nar-phu in March/April and was wondering which companies you went through for guides. Did you find the guides once you arrived to Kathmandu or beforehand? My second burning question is, were most of you using a backpacking stove for food, or did you find that the food provided at the teahouses was enough to provide nutrition?

As a refresher could someone write out the ideal time schedule if we want to trek Koto-> Meta -> Phu -> Nar Phedi -> Nar -> Ngawal -> Pisang -> Besisahar. The two of us are in good shape and have trekked at this altitude without problem in different countries.

Thanks!
Dani
