Hi there,

my husband and I will be travelling Nepal in April / May for about three weeks. We'd like to walk to Khopra Danda from Galeshwor via Mohare Danda and those small villages on the way.

As I understand it, accomodation in Banskharka and Nangi is more like a Homestay. Do we need to book these or call ahead or can we just turn up on the day?

Thanks very much for your help!

Hi
I don't believe you can call at all and sure can not reserve.
You just show up

hello
though few of the places do have reception yet its hard to contact a particular person for a homestay accommodation
Like Dregev said you just need to show up and anyone will be happy to welcome you to their homestay.
