KATHMANDU TO TIBET TRIP with a tiny change

hello
looking for 2 people to privately share a jeep and organise a tour going from kathmandu to lhasa but stopping at the highest moastery in the world and the everest base camp from the tibet side.??
the only reason i ask is that the standard 7night/8day trip doesn't take in these sights and all the agencies here in Kathmandu refuse to to go off the beaten track and insist on us hiring a private vehicle for 1200us dollars EACH!!!! so reckon it would be better to spread the cost 4 ways..

If anybody is up for these let us know ASAP like in a day or so!!!??
