Hi
It looks reasonable. You can always tweak it differently and add more side hikes/acclimatization days.
NB to Mong La is a short walk and Mong may offer great views so the plan to spend a night there is understood, however sleeping there with this plan may be a stretch acclimatization wise. You may want to add another night at NB and hike to Tame (very nice hike). Also, suggest that after "Everest view" you do the village loop with Khumjung and Kunde which is great.
Also day 10 maybe a stretch (sure doable) while day 11 is too easy and you can go all the way from Dzongla to Gorak Shep. You can cross Ngozumpa glacier to Dragnag same day you climb to Gokyo Ri quite comfortably IMO.
Will add another day at Gokyo if you can and go to the upper lakes
This are just options of course..............

Thanks dregev. Staying at Mong La is a stretch, are you referring to the altitude change is too much? Should i instead have lunch at Mong La and stay at Photse Thagna instead.

And trek to dole the next day?

Don't get me wrong. I like the idea of spending a night at Mong La but the altitude jump from NB may be a stretch to some.
People don't like to sleep at Phortse Tenga since they don't gain much altitude over NB and they say it's view less stuck in the forest. I spent an unplanned night there last year on the way down and really liked it but would not recommend it to first timers. If you have the time, go to Mong after 2 nights at NB and the day hike to Tame is recommended.
First time I trekked there we went NB to Dole and we were fine but it was not planned this way (long story) and I would not recommend it.

Walking up to Phortse from the river takes you about 30 minutes. It’s a nice village. I would walk via Dingboche on the way down, less than an hour extra and provides superior (high) trail and views.
