hi,
wondering wether anybody can give me an idea of taking a flight from out of kathmandu heading for china cities, lets say shanghai,beijing,quangzhou or even hongkong?or maybe other cities back east of china?

and if there is,might have an idea of the range of prices.

There are direct flights to Baiyun Airport in Guangzhou and there's a weekly flight to Seoul nowadays - so maybe you can check those. Ask a travel agent.

Going to Nepal soon from Seoul. My flight on Thai Airlines cost about $1000 USD. Seoul ->Bangkok->Kathmandu.....return is the same with a layover in Bangkok. Thai Air also has return flights to Seoul that stop in Hong Kong and Taipei, so you could use those as your final destination rather easily, and probably a bit cheaper if you dont want to go on to Seoul.

I know there are direct flight from Kathmandu to Guangzhou (every Monday & Friday, round trip is about RMB5000 now) & to Hongkong (every Tue,Thu,Sat.,round trip is about HKD4500),also direct flight to Japan and stop in Shanghai,but I don't know the price.
