Hi everyone,
Is it realistic to book a flight via the internet with a local nepal travel agency for the flights from Kathmandu to Pokhara then to Jomson, and then wait until we arrive to pay for it, when we want to go in the high season in the beginning of November? It seems like this is the only way to really do it ahead of time since you thornies are telling me that it is too risky to pay for a local flight by credit card over the phone or internet. So therefore, I'd have to wait to really confirm and pay for the ticket just a few days before I want it. I do have 2-3 days leeway in my itinerary if we get stuck for a few days. Is this a good way to book these flights? Any other suggestion?
Thanks a lot and I can't wait to go to my long-dreamed-of Nepal!
Shiva

book when you get there and allow for delays because of bad weather our flight was canceled twice because of this happy travels.
Dear Shivazz,
I have booked flights directly with Cosmic Air on your flight paths directly via internet, but I faxed my credit card details to them to save the possibility of getting ripped off .It worked quite well. However if you P.M Stilltrekking(check spelling) who comes from Canada and spends 6 months of the year in Nepal I know that she will be able to book your flights for you at the same price in perfect safety. She is connected to a travel agency that donates all its profits to helping Nepalise people in need. They are very reputable.
Best wishes
