Asgtanga Yoga in Nepal

Hey Jackie,
I´m an ashtanga teacher myself, and have travelled loads in both India and Nepal. I´m sorry to say, but the teachers and centres are few and far apart, and so far I´ve never found one in Nepal. In India you´ll find a few outside of Mysore, but unfortunately it´s meagre.
But, you could always bring your mat and do your self practice, and announce it around, and usually I find a few practice-mates that way, which could be helpful if you´re pretty new to it all, and need the comfort of help or group energy.
