Hiya!

In May we are travelling to Nepal for 2,5 weeks and planning to do a trekking. We have never hiked before, but are both fit. We think about doing a trek around 7 days and our main focus would be nature over culture.

Do you guys have any recommendations on what kind of trek we should do and where (and for how many days)?

Thank you so much!

Helambu near Kathmandu, Mohare Danda or Mardi Himal BC near Pokhara. With one or two more days, Langtang is possible.

Annapurna Base Camp can be done in 8 days but incase of bad weathers couple of spare days will be good. Annapurna foothills skipping base camp can also be done.

You could do Langtang from Kathmandu to Kathmandu in 7 days and that gets you right up into the mountains so a better option than one of hill treks like poon hill <snip>. If you took a hired jeep to Syapru Besi you could also save a bit of time and may have time to do a day hike in the upper Langtang valley which is beautiful and remote feeling.
