I will be going to India in March/April of this year, have doxycycline from my doctor back home. But am not sure I will need to take the medication as I will only be in Delhi, Agra, Varanasi, and Bodhgaya. Can anyone more knowledgeable on the current state of malaria in India give me some advice on the matter? Duration of stay: 2-6 weeks, depending on if I find a meditation school to get involved in.

Strange request but we just got back from India and while in Mysore I read a column in I think the Hindustan Times where a very nice young man talked about adopting a street dog he called "Sniffy". I'm flying to Delhi in March and will be catching a domestic flight to Dehradun. My international flight lands at 9am, will I have time to get to Terminal 1 for a departure of my domestic flight at 11:45am or will 2hrs 45mins not be long enough?
From whats I've read I can get the shuttle to Terminal 1, I assume it will take maybe 15 minutes max to travel the 8kms and it comes every 20 minutes... supposedly.

I've been trying to book a bus ticket from Delhi to Dharamshala with redbus.com and makemytrip.com but it doesn't let me finish the booking process cause I don't have an indian phone/mobile number... did this happen to anybodyelse or is it just me????
