Hi,
Can you please help us with renting a car in Bagdora in April? We want to explore Darjeeling and then go to Bhutan for at least 7 days. We will then go back to Bagdora and fly back to New Delhi.

Darjeeling, but not Sikkim ? Car and not the toy train to Darjeeling? Are you aware of that you can fly in/out of Gangtok?
If you aren't south-asian there are restrictions on tourism in Bhutan.
Are you wanting to rent a vehicle or a vehicle with a driver? This also may have implications depending on your nationality.

OP probably not south Asian, since the other posts are about renting a car/RV in Sweden. Lots of basics in that case to be covered , starting with Indian traffic, Bhutan’s 200+ dollar per day visa policy, if the one way by air requirement is still on etc.

...didn’t know you can fly to Sikkim. Google suggested Bagdora.
Search engines work out of habit . Pakyong airport opened a few months ago.

Most visitors to India hire a car+driver. Self-drive in India is not recommended in most circumstances. Most visitors make arrangements through their hotel or guest house.

Do you understand the rules for visiting Bhutan?
All tourists (excluding Indian, Bangladeshi and Maldivian passport holders) who wish to travel to Bhutan require a visa and must book their holiday through a Bhutanese tour operator or one of their international partners. The tour operator will take care of Visa arrangements for visitors.
In keeping with the Tourism Council of Bhutan's policy of "High Value. Low Impact" tourism a Minimum Daily Package is required for tourists.
http://www.tourism.gov.bt/plan/minimum-daily-package
The minimum daily package for tourists travelling in a group of 3 persons or more is as follows:
USD $200 per person per night for the months of January, February, June, July, August, and December.
USD $250 per person per night for the months of March, April, May, September, October, and November.
These rates are applicable per tourist per night halt in Bhutan.
The Royal Government of Bhutan sets minimum selling prices for packages to Bhutan. These must be paid in US dollars prior to arrival in Bhutan.
You pay a surcharge to travel on your own, or with one friend:
http://www.tourism.gov.bt/about-bhutan/surcharges
Tourists travelling in a group of two (2) persons or less shall be subject to a surcharge, in addition to the minimum daily package rates.
These are as follows:
Single individual - US$ 40 per night
Group of 2 persons only - US$ 30 per person per night
