In which places, can we do the paragliding and river rafting in Shimla and Manali in April?

Para Gliding is not possible in Shmla. To do para gliding, you need to visit Bir-billing in Himachal. River Rafting takes place in Kullu before Manali. It will cost you Rs. 2000/- per person.
