I am currently in Delhi and am looking for lots of bedspreads/curtains/cushions/rugs/possibly handicrafts.. I have been to a few shops and also the (massive!) Central Cottage Industry Emporium. Although the Emporium had great stuff it seemed to be to be extremely expensive. Is it better to buy material and get the items made.. I have at least 20 bedspreads to get.. anyone got any recommendations of where to find tailors? And material? Also whats the haggling situation? I have no idea what cloth is worth and don't want to seem insulting but then I have a shedload to buy? Anyone with any knowledge would be greatly appreciated.. I am also heading to Jaipur so if anyone has any spots there? Thanks people!
