and do you know any good hostels or hotels in Mathura?
People need to know your budget before they can make a recommendation.

backpacker budget lol like lets say 5,000 INR per night for family room (we are 4 tho) if we cannot find any hostel then we'll take hotels

Okay we have another option:
after Manali we will go to Jaipur (instead of Mathura from previous itinerary) to spend Holi Festival.
18 leave from manali
19 arrival in Jaipur
19-21 Holi festival
19-25 Jaipur around rajasthan
25 train to Agra
25-27 Agra
27 going to delhi
27-31 Delhi again? no....
or just spend much of our time in Rajasthan?
Holi in Jaipur will not be the same as Holi in Vrindavan and Mathura.

Thank you so much @lifesupport. I will be traveling with 2 girls and 1 guy, so they are kinda hesitant in Mathura suddenly because they watched some molestation video in youtube in holi festival in mathura. The girls were thinking about Jaipur Holi? but I insist in Mathura and told them that we will protect them lol what do you think about this? (this is my first time to travel in a group lol)
We are into ancient ruins, forts and palaces, cultures and hoping for safari as well.
Thank you.
Now you have said you are travelling with women, Holi should be avoided at all costs. It doesn't matter where you go. Either watch safely from a hotel room above the street, or perhaps you might stay in a hotel which arranges some celebrations for its guests. The coloured powders are often toxic, the water unsafe, and yes, sexual assault is prominent. You will not be able to "protect" the girls.

You are leaving your planning so late.

Safaris are not "cheap". You will need to book through your accommodation and do this as soon as possible.
You could amend the order - take the train from Chandigarh to Ranthambore

Then Jaipur - Agra - Delhi.
There are usually at least three ways to move around in India - time and money are usually the determinants.

Thank so much @lifesupport Yeah sorry I forgot to include in my post about my 2 companion girls. We will be celebrating Holi Festival in New Delhi then. Hope we can find some good place or music festival to celebrate with. This itinerary is perfect.
thank you so much and to everyone who helped!

hi again!
about Ranthambore Park:
I was thinking to find some agency in Jaipur to go for safari in Ranthambore, and return to Jaipur on the same day. problem is that the two girls in my group are still indecisive about safari and wants to stay in jaipur. while us boys, wants to go to safari first.

That's possible. You'll need to leave reasonably early in the morning; participate in the afternoon safari, and then drive back to Jaipur.

I don't see that as a problem. Boys can go to Ranthambore, girls can go sight-seeing in Jaipur, or whatever else they want to do.
