Is it possible to ride with open windows in First Class AC cabins/coupes in Indian railways?

I can just imagine the frustration of someone riding in first and trying to see out those grimy windows. I'll put a bottle of Windex in my luggage next time and some paper towels. I complained to the conductor. But, he just said something unintelligible like, pagul vidaeshi..
