Hi! I am looking for people that has been at the International Yoga Festival that is held every year at the Parmath Niketan Ashram. I would like to know what are your thoughts about it. And also , since there are 3 different types of rooms , which one is a good option and if it is worth it to pay the extra money for the most expensive ones.

Sorry, never been to the festival, but...
I've stayed in 2 different rooms. 1, more like a cave and don't recall what the bathroom facilities were, and the other was not far off a Motel 6, just a low to mid motel room.
No idea what was paid, I was with 50 people from the NGO I was with. That said, caves are surely cheaper than motels ;)
