Hi,
we would like to travel through the Dah - Hanu Valley this year coming from the Kargil side. Do you know if the ILP can be obtained in Kargil or is it only available in Leh?

Sorry, Didi.
As of 2016, the ILP had to be obtained in Leh. I doubt this requirement has changed.
