To avoid confusing others, the legitimate fees are:
https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa/eTV_revised_fee_final.pdf

The legitimate website is
https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa/tvoa.html

Services of e-Visa involves completely online application for which no facilitation is required by any intermediary / agents etc. It is advised not to believe or fall in trap of any such unscrupulous elements who claim speedy/express grant of e-Visa and charge money for it.

Totally true, https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa/tvoa.html is the governmental website, the first choice to get your e-visa.
Anyway, I could get my visa with https://www.indiavisa.org.in/ although IT'S NOT THE GOVERNMENTAL AND OFFICIAL WEBSITE, that site it's not a scam but it's a commercial website which charge you 69 dollars for their services which is a lot if you do it for mistake, as I did. But everything went fine at the end.
Best,
Carlo
