Cheapest airline must be Druk Air. Flights from Kolkatta to Bangkok for about 5.000 Rs. You don't need a visa upfront for Thailand. You'll get one on arrival (free of charge).
What do you mean by "go to Thailand by Bhutan"? Bhutan does not border Thailand, so do you mean entering Bhutan overland from India and then flying out from Bhutan to Bangkok or what? Bhutan costs about USD200 (or is it 250?) a DAY to visit. That covers visa and also accommodation and guides I believe.

I have just came from Colcatta to Bangkok by Druk airlines - about 5,5 thousand indian rupies

the vipassana deal you speak of may be a misunderstanding of a situation whereby a tiny proportion of foreigners to thailand who ordain as monks get special visa allowances so long as they stay monks.
its nothing much to do with the 30 day vipassana program.
and yeah, druk air - cheap, the worst food but most beautiful hostesses ive ever experienced.
for bhutan you need to go thru a select agent who will prebook everything at a cost of about US$200 a day (this may have changed). when you have the booking you then get the visa, either thru the agent or on arrival (this too may have changed).
you can enter bhutan by road from india, but then most people fly on to thimbu.
its not a cheap exercise.
