Hi Fellow Travellers,

I am deeply saddened by quality of the services we get in the inter state buses.

This is an effort to reach out to you all to find the most prevalent pain points of travelling in a bus.

For example, for me it's the quality of blankets/bed sheets or the charging point not working.

There could be many such reasons, I would be grateful if you guys could share your views or even suggest what all could be done to improve these things?

If you want, you can fill in the answers at :

Thanks

Try buying new busses!!!! What india classes as luxury is the cheap bus in other countries... Pretty sure you could eadily sell a 2x1 seating on some of the more popular routes like delhi dharamsala...

I get A/C & movies on the bus I take. A beer is about all I need to make it better.

I dont know how can you change the whole situation, but I can suggest a way to try and avoid getting into such situation. When you are booking through platforms like Redbus, they have introduced the rating and review system. Go for the better rated, good review ones. If you had a bad experience or good experience, review it let others too know about it, so that they can choose wisely.
