Does anyone know if there are Holi festivities in Mumbai on the 3rd/ or 4th of March? I have read that there isn't, but then I have read that they do? My BF is coming from Delhi on the 3rd. Will he have difficulty finding a budget room in mumbai if there is festivites there? I am meeting him on the 4th. My plane lands at 3:55AM.

Yeah Holi is on 3rd /4rth March here . Rooms should not be a problem - however he needs to be careful when outside the hotel on these two days ,
