Can someone tell me, what's the current situation for legally exchanging cash?
Is there still a limit on how much cash can be exchanged?
I prefer to travel with cash, not plastic. Last spring there was still a prohibitive legal limit on exchanging euros to rupees, has the situation improved?
I will be in Delhi in a couple of weeks for one day before traveling on to rural Bihar. Changing money in one go simplifies my journey. Any suggestions?
