2to3day: beautiful places near NewDelhi except agra/jaipur (cont'd)

many thanks to you all first. i have taken some suggestion and advice and have been reading for the places, like haridwar, Rishikesh and Mussoorie, and some suggestions about new delhi.

i have just confrimed my flight ticket back home on 17 april night, so i have 2 night 3 day stay behind after New Delhi on 14 April . do you think it d better visit 2 places among haridwar, Rishikesh and Mussoorie? which ones are better.

i have checked book like footprint (i cant get lonely planet at library) and website. i havent got more detail about the transportation to get those places. On the book, the info i get is only the traportation (bus and train) from New Delhi to Haridwar only but not to other 2 places.

besides, i m checking info about New Delhi, i have one day free there. i know it metro system, part of the route has just completed (i heard the news before). Anyone know or have info if the metro stations cover scenic spots? i check its metro official website but can't tell.

actually, this trip is my assignment, i ve got something arranged by others, not on my own. For the rest of the time, i need to fill it up. My tentative itinerary is below:

10April Flight to New Delhi (arrive at night)
11April My own itinerary: whole day free in New Delhi
12April Whole day occupied in New Delhi
13April Free at morning session, Flight to Mumbai at afternoon, evening in Mumbai is filled up
14April tour in Mumbai to see Bollywood set in morning. i could have a half afternoon time free. Flight back to New Delhi at night.
15April-16April My own itinerary: i m planning and thinking if i have enough time to visit haridwar, Rishikesh and Mussoorie. OR, i can only choose two among them. if yes, which two are better.
17April At night, Flight back to Hong Kong
