Hi everyone,

I’ve spent a couple hours researching online and can’t quite find a recent answer to my question. I’m traveling around SE Asia at the moment and would like to visit India, but I would like something longer than the 2-month eVisa. Are there any countries I can apply from where I’d have a chance of being issued the 10-year visa for US citizens? Ideal would be Malaysia (which seems to accept non-resident applications only as of very recently, but does show a fee on their website specifically for a 10-year visa for US citizens). That said, others (including Sri Lanka) could work. Does anyone have a recent experience they could share? I would also be happy with a 12-month visa if the odds of obtaining that are significantly better.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Very little to report. One unconfirmed from Indonesia that they ere asked if they wanted such. Keep in mind that these websites are notoriously inaccurate. Best of luck..
