I have a 15 day visa. It expires April 25. If I enter Bangladesh on April 20, do I have to leave the 25th, or can I stay 15 days as long as I enter before the 25th?

You 15 days count will start from the date u enter bangladesh. So, if u enter before the expiery date, u will be able to stay 15 days. No doubt about this.

totally agree, the validity of visa simply means, the inclusive dates that you should enter that country otherwise the visa is considered expired.
