Is it possible to get a decent AC single room w/ bathroom, breakfast, and WiFi in Bukhara for ~$20? That's what I've reserved in Khiva and Samarkand but having trouble finding something in Bukhara, at least by searching on the internet

Hello. I will be in western Uzbekistan beginning this Friday (August 15) through the following week. I'm looking for a couple of other travelers who would be willing to hire a vehicle for an overnight excursion to the Aral Sea. The cost of hiring a car is about $450-500 (for up to 4 people); food (~$30 a day), tents (~$10), sleeping bags, etc. cost a bit extra. Has anyone recently gone overland from either Samarkand or Bukhara to Denau then onwards to Tajikistan? That's going to be my route in a couple of weeks leaving UZ and I'd like to figure where I'm going to leave from before I head anywhere from Tashkent.
Initial idea is to spend one night in Tashkent Thursday, hopefully overnight train to Urgench Friday (space disappearing quickly), another night train to Samarkand next week, day train to Bukhara, then share taxi to Denau or take the night…

Will be travelling Kazakhstan-Kyrgystan-Uzbekistan soon and was wandering if it is possible to exchange Kazakh tenge in Uzbekistan for Uzbek soms. Anybody has done it? Any advice?
My money is mostly Tenge, atm. Just do not want to do the exchange into USD first which later will be exchanged into UZS anyway....So....is it possible to buy UZS in Kazakhstan? If not, is it possible to exchange Tenge into soms in any part of Uzbekistan?

I noticed this train is longer showing up on Russian rail's website but it had been previously. Also, Advantour says on its website that sales for this train are suspended. Anyone know if this is a permanent thing?

I’m going to travel to Uzbekistan next september and I need your suggestion and, if you have an idea, of the approximate cost.
I’ll travel from Nukus to Khiva and in the same day I would like to visit the qalas ( Ayaz Qla – Toprak etc..).
How should I organize that without spending a lot of money (we are 2 and with low-budget).
Is this feasible?:
1-Shared taxi from Nukus to Urgench
2-Taxi Urgench/various qalas/Urgench
3-Shared taxi to Khiva
Do you have an idea of the costs ?

My experience:
Outside the trainstation in Turkmenabad they gather for the border. It was slow when I came, so I eventually agreed for 10 dollars but were later sold off by the driver to another driver with three people in the car for 10 manats (which should be more normal price). The turkmen oaf of a border guard tried his best to zap my camera's memory card, but didn't manage. On the uzbek side, the taxi-vultures wanted 50 dollars then 25 then 35000 sum for bukhara and put me in an empty car…
