I have known from some reliable sources in the internet that I could possibly extend my Uzbek visa at OVIR in tashkent for only least one time and not more that 30 days, But I can not find some official source from any government website to reassure me. Dose anyone have any experience about this issue before? Thanks a lot in advance.

No more extensions... The visa could be extended at the airport's OVIR before, with the support of inviting company only.. and the reason should have been very serious, like delay of flight etc. But recently we have been told that airport's OVIR will not extend visas at all.. So better to apply for maximum period of visa.
