November is a great time to visit Jordan, maybe one of the best months. Probably average temps from 9-20 Celsius (48-70 F.). You will definitely need a jacket, nights tend to get chilly. It also begins to rain in October, but nothing that will hinder you exploring and experiencing the wonders of Jordan.
Have fun deciding which country want to visit, great list of destinations.

HK in Nov is also quite pleasant. Not hot at all and may require a sweater at night. I dont know what you want to do but HK is pretty much shopping. Although the weather will be less humid and you might be able to get an awesome view from the Peak.
However, I do have to say, if i had a choice between the 3 countries, I'd choose anyone of them but HK as it is the most expensive and least culturally interesting. It is a shopping and Asian food heaven. Other than that, nothing special
