Uzbek visa - form-filling?

Got my China visa last week, Kyrg visa today - and tomorrow I head to the Uzbekistan embassy for that one too.
But a couple of queries:

  1. 'Inviting party' - is this only for LOIs? I hesitate to leave a section blank. Would N/A suffice in that space?

  2. 'Address in Uzbekistan' - shall I just write in a hotel in Tashkent? Or should I write 'touring' ?

Your (fairly urgent) input greatfully recieved.

1) Generally yes it is for LOIs.
2) Not really a big problem. I toured there just over a year ago and put just one place that I was staying

Are you exempt from LOI? You did not state your passport nationality or for what type of visa are you applying.

Oh, sorry - it's a 'follow-up post'. British passport and no LOI required these days in spite of what it says on the website.

Yes - my co-traveller called the Embassy this morning and found no LoI is required. This is a very recent development as far as I am away.
