Have you ever been in Uzbekistan the 1st of September? I know that that is the independence day and that some places could be closed. I know that Rejstan square in Samarkand will be full of scaffolding...Which is the best city between Samarkand, Khiva and Bukhara that is better to see without any festival structure?

No festival on Registan square :-)
