Border crossing between Uzbekistan - Tajikistan and Uzbekistan - Kyrgyzstan

In september I (european passport holder) wil travel overland to Uzbekistan (from Tajikistan or maybe Kyrgyzstan). Can anybody tell me wich border crossings are open (for individual travelers) to/from Tajikistan - Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan - Uzbekistan? At that time I shall have a valid Uzbekistan visa in my passport. Thanks.

Yes, Oybek border is open which is 100km from Tashkent (Uzbekistan). Also open Saraosiyo (close to Termez city).
With Kyrgyzstan - Osh border.

Osh border is pretty simple. You can take shared taxi from Tashkent to Andijon and change there to get to the border.
