booking UZ. train trips in advance?

Hi
I am going to UZ. in October. I understand that the trains become quite heavily booked in the tourist season which is in October.
Is it a good idea to get an agent to book the train trips/seats/berth of one's own choice in advance ?
I plan to travel by rail from Tashkent to Samarkand and Samarkand to Bukhara.

I am looking at this website. It is informative.

When I went in May I booked my tickets via Stantours. I was in Uzbekistan for a short holiday and didn't want spend any time going to the station/agency to buy tickets or to run the risk of not getting on the train of my choice. In the event the trains (2nd Class) were fairly empty.
