Turmenistan visa at Tashkent.

we are planning to do the silk road (part of it!) starting next august.
We need a Turkmenistan transit visa and we plan to apply for it in Tashkent Uzbekistan.
The main question is how many days will take the whole procedure. Lets start on working day number 1 to apply for visa in Tashkent, which day we can be sure to have the Turkmenistan transit visa?

I've received Transit Visa's from the Turkmen embassy in Tashkent and its usually taken about 26-28 days to be processed.

26 to 28 days ????

More often than not. I met a girl 2 weeks ago in Samarkand that got her Visa in about 20 days which she was pretty happy about.

But all accounts tend to be MORE than 2 weeks. so one has to spend at least three weeks waiting...
