Hi, I am American and have applied twice for a student visa to study farsi at the International Centre of Persian Studies in Tehran, and the foreign ministry won't issue a visa. I have already been to Iran three times so I'm not sure what the issue is. This is moot, however, So I, hope to find someplace to study in Dushanbe.
Has anyone found any source? and share some information on tj for me !?
