Tajikistan visa - multiple entree

At the moment I have got my Tajikistani visa (double entree - 1 month) from the Tajikistan Embassy in Brussels (Belgium). In my visa I can read: Kind of visa TYPUCTU. Does anybody know what this means?

I have also a multiple entree visa for Kyrgyzstan (so, for Kyrgyzstan there will be no problems).

For my trip to Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan I need more then two entries in Tajikistan (multi entree was not possible via the embassy).

1 Tajikistan entree for arrival at Dushanbe airport (enter Tajikistan by air - exit via Proletarsk border to Isfana in South Kyrgyzstan).
1 Tajikstan entree I need for enter the first Tajikistani Enclave in South Kyrgyzstan.
1 Tajikistan entree I need for enter the second Tajikistani Enclave (later exit Kyrgyzstan to Tajikistan via Bordobari - Kizyl Art Pass border crossing to Karakol lake in Tajikstan). Later return to Kyrgyzstan by the same way (Kizyl art pass - Bordobari border).
1 Tajikistan entree I need for enter enter Tajikistan again (by flight from Bishkek to Dushanbe).

How can I fix it with theTajikistan entries? This whole programm will takes 29 days.

First entree: Maybe I can obtain for a new visa on arrival at Dushanbe airport - 25 US dollar (my double entree visa in my passport I keep for entree two and three).
For my fourth entree (by flight from Bishkek to Dushanbe) I can obtain for a new visa on arrival at Dushanbe airport.

Does anybody know if it is possible to obtain a visa on arrival when I have already a double entree visa in my passport? And is it possible to get a second visa on arrival (for my fourth entree).

Does anybody have some suggestions? Thanks.

I'n afraid I don't quite understan where you are going to get all those Tajik visas, but I would just make two notes:

1-You don't need to cross all the Takik enclavesm you can bypass them. Not all of them seem to have immigration procedures
2-You can only have one valid Tajik visa in your passport at one time.

Apparently you can extend visas and add entries somewhere in Dushanbe, some ministry or other, but its very complicated and probably requires some knowledge of Russian.
