Road from Kyzyl-kiya to Daroot Korgon: transport possible or only by horse

Does anyone know if there is a road from Kyzyl-kiya to Daroot Korgon (on some maps there is a road and on other maps there isn't). I am planning to travel from Batken to Daroot Korgon by the shortest way. Thanks.
