Hi everyone

I'll be arriving in Istanbul next week time to arrange a few visas before onward travel into Central Asia. My question is whether it is possible to obtain a Kyrgyz visa in Istanbul? What is the embassy / consulates address, and how long should it take to process?

I will be arriving in Kyrgyzstan overland from Tajikistan and I am assuming the visa is not available at the border.
