Kyrgistan trip to Sary Chelek

Hi . I've plan to make a 10-days trek i Kyrgistan 14-24 August with my 2 friends. We think about the trip through Sary Chelek from the South ( f.ex. Taskomur ) to Talas. Anyone know how we can achive Sary Chelek from Bishkek in short time? Is it any map of this region ( excluding military russian ) available?
