GBAO permit from europe or in tajikistan?

Hello,I go to Taj in july, I don't know what is the best:
to ask for visa tourism at the aeroport and after to ask for GBAO permit from Dushanbe (but I must have LOI?)
or
to make the visa from Bruxelles and GBAO permit at the same time.
The price from Bruxelles for 1 month is: 65 euros VISA, 20 euros GBAO and 10euros for post charge;
is it long to get GBAO permit those days from Dushanbe? do you know the cost?

Depends what you mean by "best".

Cheapest is in country - for tourist visa you definately do not need a LOI

Tourist Visa cost is $33n (takes about 2 hours at the airport) there are many post about this recently being easy
GBAO permit is about $4 (takes about 2 - 3 hours at OVIR office) there are several very detailed posts on how to make the process straigtht forward

In light of the fact that Tajik embassies in Europe are charging more for visas and insisting on LOI in might well be easier to do it here.

Please search for GBAO posts. It's fast and reasonably straightforward.
